Another Hotel?

I was at the California MD VFW today to celebrate Memorial Day. All of us had a great time. I heard that a hotel will be going up at the right side of the entrance to the VFW as you come off of 235. Does anyone know if this is true? Quite a bit of equipment is already there to clear the property.

Is there enough room? There used to be a house there that burned down. I knew the people that lived there.

Based on the heavy equipment there now, they will make room.
