Another Quick Rant

Dear Next-Door Neighbors,

I don't know which one of you had the bright idea to put turtles in your backyard pond, but maybe a little man-made wall isn't the answer for keeping them in. Next time, please provide immediate notice when your turtle friends escape instead of waiting a few days to announce they are lost.

Although I haven't found any turtles in my garden yet, believe me, my cat has the backyard under constant survelliance. :lmao:

This really could have been consolidated with the other rant since it involves issues within a 100 yard radius of each other, don't ya think?

What a coinkidink, I came home a little bit ago and cruised into the garage. I heard a scratching noise so when I got to the door to the house I turned on the light and saw Chopper the Wondercat in the "En Guard" stance. I went and looked and the box turtle Boy and I found in the yard and relocated to the creek a month ago was in my garage trying to crawl behind a box.

He is back by the creek. This time when I picked him up he was not shy, legs and neck fully outstretched.

A turtle will make it's own path throughout life. If moved they will only come back to the same point only to try to make it to their destination again, wherever that may be.
