Another Weird Concoction

Another weird concoction from Railroad's kitchen:

Bored Ham Salad

1 can of Underwood Deviled Ham
2 Teaspoons of Mayonnaise
1-1/2 Teaspoons of Yellow Mustard
1 Teaspoon of diced hot banana pepper rings
1-1/2 Teaspoons of prepared horseradish
1 Teaspoon of seafood cocktail sauce
2 teaspoons of sweet hot dog relish

Stir it all up thoroughly and enjoy. Good with Muenster cheese and crackers.

All but the Cocktail Sauce sounds good. It's just Ketsup & Horse Radish.

I know. I just wanted to use up some of the sauce, and I wanted a bit of ketchup in the salad, and because the sauce wasn't as horse-radishy as I like, I added the prepared horseradish. Anyhow, I'm enjoying the outcome.
