Another wonderful parent

He's on the sex offender registry. Why would a woman allow a sex offender to live with her children? :banghead:
Maybe because they were HIS children? The article called them "parents" not Mom and boyfriend.

How in gods name do you fall asleep when you have a 2 and 4 yr old. This story makes me sick.
It was 7:40 in the morning, they hadn't gotten up yet.

How do you think he got to BE the father? His conviction was in 2001.
Well, let's see.

The oldest is four.

2008 - 4 = 2004

2004 - ~1 (2/3 year gestation) = 2003, earliest time of creating baby

Conviction = 2001

Hmm, stupid mother? (kind of the point of his question, I think)

Since their oldest was removed from their care, I would ASSume that is who he molested. I just can't imagine taking a child molester back, having more kids with him, and continuing to live with him. Do you see this as a good thing?

By the way, you didn't answer my question: Would you allow a convicted sex offender to live with your children, even if he was the father?

Where are you getting all this info on them from?

I personally would never let him in my home let alone live w/ him... infact his ass would be dead if he ever touched my children!!!

I read the report and thought "Hmmmm, I wonder if this is a first offense." So I looked up their prior court cases and found that he had been convicted and one child was removed from her care.

:yay: That's because you are a good Mommy!

Thanks :huggy:

Wow what the hell is wrong w/ that woman!!! I could understand if she had no prior knowledge to his past but to know and continue to have children w/ him is disgusting.

Maybe I'm missing it, but I don't see where they had an older child who was removed from their care. I do see from judicial case search that there is a rape charge and a child abuse charge at the same time that he spent 18 mo in jail for. I have no idea if the child who was abused was his child or if he even knew the woman

Wait a minute...I see now where you get the bit about an older child being removed from care...it's in HER criminal case search. The older child was taken from HER, not from HIM. IN FACT, that case lists a different man as an "interested party," who happens to have the same last name as the current guy. I'd guess the "interest party" is the father of the removed child, (although it could be some other relative) especially since the original case calling for the child's removal lists that child as an "infant" and custody case first came up during the the time the current BF was in jail (he COULD be that first child's father, but not her molester, since she probably wasn't born before he went to jail)

Bottom line...
Both people arrested this week are losers and as such probably get along quite well together.

As for asking would I, personally, allow a child molester live with my children...HELL NO, but I'm not procreating with one either.

They're both trash and do not deserve to be parents any longer. I hate to say it, but the fact that these children are with DSS now is a good thing. God only knows what that pervert could be doing to those kids. As for the "mother", she's as guilty as babbydaddy for living with a pervert with her kids there. It doesn't matter if he is the father - he has no business being around children being that he clearly cannot control his "urges". And then these little kids are playing in the middle of the street while their "parents" sleep? What another fabulous couple with such wonderful parenting skills! :sarcasm:

Accidents happen, and kids can be terribly slippery. I could almost understand not hearing your kids escape. That's why I looked up their history before starting the thread. If they had no prior record, I would chalk it up to a learning experience.

But when I saw their records... :faint:

They must have really made an impression on the cop for him to arrest them both.

How considerate of you! How many forumites can say that they do a "background investigation" on a person before starting a thread about their stupidity?

Sure, accidents do happen. Unfortunately for these poor kids, these "adults" are poor excuses for parents, based on their history.
