Any audio editors out there?

I have a video clip that I want to pull the voiceovers out of and just grab the background music. I know it's a longshot but is it at least possible?

sony sound forge..
you can access audio/video restoration and pull apart the various tracks to edit..

you can also use FL studios and upload the source as a "file to slice" and edit there.

both programs are a lil pricy though :yay:

I actually prefer isohunt ...but  :yay:

isnt isohunt primarily a iso file driven site?
if so it was my understanding that iso files are usually associated with video?
(i sound smart but im not)

Not at all....its a tracker like mini nova. Ive acquired many things from that site.

BTW, an ISO is merely an image file of a disc.

I just can't seem to do what I want to with this.

What I'm doing is I have an old videotape from 2004 as a WAV file. It's the introduction to NBC's NASCAR coverage. I want to remove Bill Weber's voice and capture ONLY the background music, since I can't find it anywhere on the net.

I'm starting to think this is impossible.

I'm using Audiacity btw

Is there the same video clip elsewhere on the net, in a different format? A video file might contain separate tracks for the audio that you can edit.
