Cove Point water park....The water park is set up nice, but the atmosphere is horrible. Kids are rude and allowed to do anything they want.

Nicolet Park gets
Chancellor's Run is nice as well as Lancaster Park off of Willows.
My kids like Nicolet Park but they are still little. It's not for older ones. Mine are 4 and 3.
I forgot about Lancaster, they have a dog park to don't they?

It's the older kids that are the problem. They are unsupervised and run the place.

I felt very uneasy at Nicolet Park the one and only time I have been. JMO.
I also don't know the area well so that could be it.
You should meet us at Cove Point next time...
I've never been to the water park @ Cove Point... I might try it out this Summer.

I like the water park in Chesapeake Beach. I haven't seen as many problems with the pre-teens. The park keeps things under control.

There is a really nice playground area in Leonardtown next to Leanard hall.
