I crochet, but mostly blankets, scarves, and other stuff. Clothing is a little harder and I lose interest in counting stitches!

did you find someone to buy booties from? I can ask my knitter friends.
I have feelers out but no one has committed to making them. If I knew someone that could teach me, I would consider learning how to do it myself. Then again, I would have to find a cat-free room to do it in LOL

Nah, cat hair (or dog hair) woven into whatever you knit/crochet just makes the item warmer!!

My kitties and (even one dog!) would probably want to steal the yarn to play with it. I also cannot sit without at least one cat on my lap!
