David D. Heavner, O.D. at Target. 301-862-4718. He's great. Target is having some great specials on glasses/contacts this month too. What you pay to insure the glasses is very reasonable too, especially if you are buying for kids.

We've been going to him for years now, he is great at what he does and you don't have to pay an arm and a leg for the things he recommends!

I went to Bayshore as a kid. Nice doc's that are good at what they do. I just didn't like the selection on frames.

I now go to "The Eye Center" next to Starschmucks in California. Doc and staff were excellent. It didn't take all day and they had a better selection than Bayshore. The guy that fixes the frames has seen me quite a few times and has always been very helpful. When you're GF and her two kids have never worn glasses- and thus don't understand the importance of being careful with them- a guy like that becomes very instrumental.
