I think Atlantic Cycle on Rte. 301 in White Plains sells some used bikes.

grd is an okay place to deal with. I bought two bikes from there. The turn around time is pretty slow though, no in and out. They make you wait like 3 or 4 days before your bike is ready. Also just a tip. They are strict on their prices, however if you ask to include tax and tags in the showroom price they will. I have done it both times, and my friends have done it also. Could save you a few hundred bucks.
