.....feeling like they're being kicked in the forehead today?
I'm not really stuffed up; which usually accompanies that 'kicked in the head' feeling; but it feels like a firm boot to the head so far today.
Perhaps a sign of 'impending allergy onslaught'?

Over the past couple years, when allergy season starts; not only do I get the sniffles-n-sneezes, but I'm succeptible (sp?) to inner ear problems.
That's what it kinda feels like today.

I take OTC Claratin every day year round. I think it helps some.

Looks like I'm gonna have to find one of those nasal sprays; which I hate using; but since they work.....because oral meds don't work for me anymore.

I know THAT feeling. Good luck....does a hot compress across your forehead/down to your cheekbones help any?
