Anybody recommend a home visit trainer?

I have done the basic classes but my dog seem to do this horrible high pitch scream when he gets excitied. They are both people and dog friendly but my goodness that noise is ear piercing. They also like the chew things when I'm not home which makes it so I have to pen them up. I hate doing that.
Anyway I was wondering if anybody had any experience with a trainer that was good. I have run into a few that I wouldn't pay for. TIA.

I recommend turbo k9. the man knows his stuff when it comes to dogs! he frequents the board so keep an eye out for him.
