... my 30D? :biggrin:

Contemplating selling it and moving up to a 40D.

8.5 months old, only one minor scratch on the LCD screen.

Offering with 2 2GB cards - and yes, one of them was the subject of this thread, but I've tested it and it's fine.

Figured I'd put it here and see if there's any interest before going to the Classifieds. So PM if you want to know more. :howdy:

They let you pay $500 more for the 40. :yahoo:


:lol: The 40 has the new sensor cleaning system; highlight priority (helps preserve highlights better); Canon's fastest processor; larger LCD; Live View (the functionality of which is debatable); and nearly 2 more MP.

The 40 is the big brother of the 30, and a greater improvement over its predecessor than the 30 was over its predecessor (the 20D).

I'm happy with my 30... but could make good use of the improvements.

I figure Canon should be working on an update for the 5D, which would be nice. If I can't sell my 30, I may buy the other one (whenever it comes out) and use the 30 as back-up.
