I went by there and saw them, but didn't get a chance to stop and hear anything. It looked like a nice setup!

A skinny black guy, I think, had set up a sound and light system on the corner and was doing karaoke to come together and he pulled open his jacket and made like he was shaking titties at the cars
I've seen videos of him before at Indian Bridge and Ft 5 and in Waldorf.

I don't recall his name. I think he just does it for fun. He does a pretty good Michael Jackson.

If he isn't a pan handler some local venue needs to get him, the few seconds I saw were priceless

Saw one of those behind Popeyes a while backWhen I first saw that there was a show on Great Mills Rd, this isn't what I was expecting to read about.
