I am on hold with the idiots now but that could take FOREVER! Just wonder if anyone else is out or it is just here.... I am off Willow's Rd.
Hey... while you are hold you may want to double check yourself... I remember the time nomo called them biatching and complaining that her cable was out and the tech guy had to come over and it the TV/VCR button on her VCR to make the channels work again.Goobergrl6 said:ok while I am waiting for the genius to figure out if there is an outage anwhere. It takes a very heavy cloud layer to knock mine out, like you'd have in a big t-storm. Mine normally gets turned off then anyway. It's usually out for not longer than a few minutes. Compare that to a cable being down and it would take years to make up the difference.willie said:A tiny cloud?

Well...
He arrived on time. Fixed a defective part in the cable line. Changed all the hardware connections under the house and did a couple other things under there so now my cable internet is smokin' and ALL of my channels are clear as can be! He was here for over an hour and as I walked him to the door I asked him what the charge was and he said, "No charge."

I have zero-zip-nada thing to complain about. I am now wondering if all of the folks complaining about their Metrocast service have asked someone to come fix the problem(s)...:shrug:Chasey_Lane said:I still think they suck.![]()
I don't have any issues now, but several weeks ago day was on the phone with them at least twice a week, trying to correct the problem(s) we had.
