Can't say I have ever heard of them. Where are they? How were they rude?

Web says Annapolis but then there is mention of Sunderland as well. Emailed an inquiry regarding a small dog for adoption. I did it for a family looking to adopt and the responses back were none other then rude. I could not imagine responding to any inquiries regarding our foster dogs/pets in that manner, even if there was some sort of miscommunication. Plain and simple, non professional behavior.

They are a foster home based group, that I thought was centered around Sunderland because sometimes people think the Humane Society of Calvert County is this group since our kennel is located in Sunderland.

They are ignorant to say the least. I would figure that rescues in general are in this whole thing for the same reason..

I know of someone with a very small pom looking for a special home with no other dogs. If this is of interest let me know. Also have a special needs boy looking too that is about 8lbs and 3ish. PM if you have interest

I can't find an adoption place that will let me adopt a small dog to go along with my 5lb current dog, my 1 year old, and my allergies.
Any recommendations?

Try a human society. Most rescues have policies with small children. We do to, but the smaller rescues like us will try to work with people. The best large sorce to find a rescue is Petfinder.com: Adopt a pet and help an animal shelter rescue a puppy or kitten.. www.criagslist.com is another site, but you need to screen big time.
