Anyone getting this message???

Email was working fine up until late yesterday morning. I have a request in at the Help Desk. Just curious if anyone else is having this issue lately.

Unfortunately, that's our only email account. I can't access it off my phone either. I suppose we could do as suggested and change our password but I'd rather find out why we are getting that message instead.

Can't even access the internet now. I wonder if somebody is trying to hack our computer and Verizon completely shut us down to stop it. Will call this afternoon.

Found an article on the Verizon forum from last year about this problem. Apparently hackers were trying to access our computer and failed multiple times so Verizon just shut it down. Suggests making up a new stronger password, like 16 characters or the first letter of each word from a phrase. Will still call later today to speak to somebody directly but at least now I might know the reason for this.

Took our computer to Best Buy and let the Geek Squad take a look at it. Apparently Norton had stopped working and our computer was infected with viruses. We are back online now.
