Anyone going to Richmond this weekend for the Chevy Rock N Roll race?

Me and my wife are going thanks to awesome tickets given to us by my aunt for the wedding.

We're sitting in row 20 in the Henrico section on the backstretch. It's basically directly across from the start/finish line.

Too bad our drivers, (me=Jr., her=Kahne) are both out of the chase. It'll still be a blast.

Row 20 on the backstretch? I dunno, but I don't think you'll be able to see too much.

It's a fun track, have a good time.

But wait, there's more...
I've been to Richmond and have friends who'll be there this weekend; you'll have a good time. Just be sure to go through the BIG tunnel after the race back to the parking lots vs. the dog run they call a pedestrian path. :yay: That ped. path is fenced from start to end, and it's a pretty long walk with a ton of people crammed into it because they don't realize they can just walk through the tram-tunnel. I saw a woman who'd cut her leg and was laying on the ground on one side and people practically trampled over her. :ohwell:

:yay: We've been going for years and park in "Alex's" front yard, right by his front door. He even gave us a card to call ahead. We park just off of Meadowbridge. We stay until the end of the race and can get to our hotel in downtown Richmond in about 20-30 minutes.

Good deal! :yay: That's what we do at Dover and we're usually back in Rehoboth in 30-45 minutes. Have fun!
