Our 10 year old English Mastiff crossed the Rainbow Bridge on Saturday. Prior to her passing, we bought three vials of Humulin N insulin. They are are unopened and kept in the fridge. They are the Walmart brand Novolin. I dont want to waste them so if anyone needs some, please PM me. No sense in them going to waste. I also have needles too.

We donated all of Crashy's meds back to the vet in case someone could use them. I think they said they had some rules on that though!

FrmGrl, I am sooooo sorry for your loss of the big girl!! :huggy: I hope you guys are doing ok! :huggy:I know she meant the world to you guys!

We donated Pepper's unopened meds to the vet and they sold them to someone that I know. They disclosed that they were donated and charged less for them that they ordinarily would have. (I didn't know her dog was on same med)

Really sorry about you and your family losing your dog.
Maybe Tri-County could use the insulin or SMAWL?

Thanks everyone. It was really hard to let her go. Insulin is quite expensive and I want to see it go to someone in need. Thanks for all your suggestions.

I'm really sorry for your loss. :-( I agree with what everyone else is saying about checking with the rescue groups and see if they could use it.
