If so, did you have any issues with the HotSync? I did an install once on the computer then when it didn't work, I uninstalled the software from the computer. Took the battery out, as the troubleshooting part of the book mentioned, put the battery back in and reinstalled the software onto the computer. The phone still will not HotSync.
