His vehical has been abandoned for about two weeks now and just wondering if anyone knows who he is and if he is okay. Military uniforms in back of vehical with box with his name on it. Have called cops but they say there is nothing coming back on the plates. So figured I would see if anyone here knows anything about this person and if they are okay and just don't want vehical anymore, having car problems or in need of help.

Is his vehicle parked on Base or off?

If you don't hear from anyone else and you honestly think something is amiss you can call the Command Duty Office. 301-342-1095. They will figure out who he is and get in touch with his command to check on his welfare.

It might be helpful to write down a vehicle description, location, how long it has been there. May also be worth noting the little numbers on the base decal on the window if there is one. I think they can track him down more accurately with that if they think it's necessary.

If you see uniforms in it, I would not wait too long to call. Don't want the wrong folks getting a hold of those.

If he is in the military, he might either be on leave or deployment

Either way, I would do what jeff advised just to be sure

My spouse usually leaves his vehicle on base in his caommand's lot when he is on deployment. I'd definitely report it so his command can do a welfare check.

I asked a couple of the Navy Guys I work with before I posted this to her. All of them told me the same thing. Call the CDO
