Anyone live in Meadow Lake?

Anyone familiar with this area? I read somewhere that people were having issues with the HOA, but that was a few years old. I want to talk to some neighbors in the area before making an offer on a house but I won't be back up there for a week.

Also I from reading around I heard of Mariner's Cove and want to check that neighborhood out now. Not sure why I haven't been back there yet. Are the houses there pretty pricey?

Meadow lake is off of Shangra la on the roost side of great mills rd.

We have several friends that live or have lived in there and it is a very nice area.

You must be thinking about another development. Meadow Lake is off Chancellors, I believe around Buck Hewitt.

Anyhow, ML is a very nice neighborhood. Lots of cute houses!

Meadow lake, made by Quality Built homes is off of Norris Rd. Adjacent to Buck hewitt. Both are off of chancellors Run rd.

Very nice houses. Not sure about the HOA, Tried to get back in there a couple years ago, but the lots that were left sucked.

Doesnt matter where you go, all HOA's have problems... Green View west has no HOA, and the houses are nice, and so is the neighborhood.

My daycare lady is in ML and it's a pretty nice hood And everyone seems to be friendly with one another AND you actually see kids playing outside together like it's a real Norman Rockwell neighborhood
