We had a leak at the main water pipe, and got their name off the web from a referral service, so I called them and they responded IMMEDIATELY (and we live near Gate 3). John was extremely professional and did a quality job, explaining everything he did and showing us what happened and why. He even discovered a secondary problem (our fire-protection sprinkler system had never been turned on) and fixed that-checking to make sure it worked correctly before he left (in case it had been turned off for a leak or something that we were unaware of). We asked him numerous plumbing type questions (how often do you get to do this?) and he was patient in answering all of them.
