Anyone See Christmas with the Kranks

Was wondering if it is worth the price of a movie ticket before I take the family.

Where are my pants?
Don't do it. It's cinematic garbage. I sat through the entire film frustrated for the morons on screen because I could just see what stupid senseless blunder was about to befall them next---which might have been deemed comedic if any of it had actually been funny. Left the theater very unfulfilled and wishing for a refund (and I even saw the matinee...). Do yourself a favor and skip on this one.

And while you're at it, also don't see Alexander the Gay.

National Treasure---though very contrived---was extremely entertaining. Take the family to see that instead...it's actually worth the price of a few movie tickets and a box of popcorn.

Should be Huntin
I saw Polar express last night, I thought it was very boring, Saw the Incredibles last week and that was a good movie

That was my suspicion. It looks like the plots are all generic and easily to predict in advance.
I enjoyed national treasure and also the Incredibles. When I go to movies, I try to escape into the movie sort of speak.

I am so very blessed
I haven't seen "Christmas With The Kranks", but read the bood it's based on, "Skipping Christmas", by John Grisham. It is a really cute book, and it had the potential to be a really funny movie. Looks like a bad translation to film for another good book.
disclaimer: when I say it was a good book, it doesn't mean the same thing as saying it is good literature.
