Anyone suggest riding lessons in the Crofton area?

A friend's daughters want to learn to ride - not competitively, just to gain proper seat, etc. They've never ridden before and aren't picky about whether its English or Western. The girls are 7 and 15. Anywhere within a 30 minute drive is workable for their mom.
