Why doesn't he use a urine bag and a disposable or reusable external catheter sheath? Both are covered by insurance and Medicare. This smells worse then old piss, it smells of a con-man's scam. If he was truly needy I bet he could get piddle packs from surplus military hardware. Worse case he could use the piss jugs like they give you to use in the hospital until you can get out of bed. Just dump it in the toilet and rinse it out and it could be stored in a pouch on his chair when not in use.

I have a real disability one that sometimes makes life suck Try falling out of a wheelchair on thoroughfare road and almost getting hit by a bus.
