Don't break the law and you won't end up in jail.

Easy. ;-)

Or get a pardon for your crimes from an even bigger criminal ala Arpaio?

So you are pro concentration camps since being gay, jewish or gypsy was illegal you agree they should have been imprisoned and killed or worked to death?

Do you think before you type?

How come you didnt tell that to Joe Arpaio when he was running concentration camps?

Arpaio claimed later he was joking about the blazing hot outdoor compound in which Army surplus tents housed arrested individuals and low-level offenders outside the Durango Jail for 24 years.

But since when is any reference to a concentration camp funny?
This is the first I've heard of it. So, Joe, the reference wasn't funny.

There, I've told him. Doesn't make Cortez's comparison to how we house illegal aliens with "concentration camps" any more accurate, now matter how much you "whaddabout" the situation.

Unfortunately it does. Concentration camps despite most widely being know as the ones house jews in WWII are also defined as

"mass detention of civilians without trial.” That definition comes from “concentration camp expert” Andrea Pitzer, author of One Long Night: A Global History of Concentration Camps. Her position is best summed up by quoting from an Esquire article that states: “We have what I would call a concentration camp system,” Pitzer says, “and the definition of that in my book is, mass detention of civilians without trial.”

Except moron.....over 90% of them do not qualify for asylum....

How many people are granted asylum?

Nearly 20,500 individuals in FY 2016. In fiscal year (FY) 2016, the most recent year for which data are available, 20,455 individuals were granted asylum, which is about 28 percent out of the 73,081 cases. Approval rates varied by immigration court from about 10 percent to 80 percent.

USCIS approved 11,729 affirmative asylum applications in FY 2016, representing slightly more than 10 percent out of the 115,399 affirmative asylum applications filed with the agency. This represented a 34 percent decline from the 17,787 affirmative asylum applications granted in FY 2015. The decrease occurred as the administration transferred a large number of USCIS asylum officers from the affirmative interview process to conduct credible and reasonable fear screening interviews. Even with increased overall staffing within the USCIS Asylum Division, the number of affirmative applications granted declined considerably and the number of applications climbed to a 12-year high of almost 200,000, as fewer asylum officers were assigned to review affirmative applications.

People claiming asylum in our country due to fleeing violence are the exact definition of refuges you stone fruit
If they were refugees, they would have sought refugee status back at home.

Here's what a refugee is:
Under United States law, a refugee is someone who:
  • Is located outside of the United States
  • Is of special humanitarian concern to the United States
  • Demonstrates that they were persecuted or fear persecution due to race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group
  • Is not firmly resettled in another country
  • Is admissible to the United States

So, other than being completely wrong, you made a great point!

So, county jails - where people are jailed prior to (or in lieu of) bail before their trail starts are "concentration camps"?

No, they're clearly not.

And, these people housed while awaiting their immigration judge to see them are in the same status.

So because the Trump administration signed fewer officer to process claims you believe that means 90 % of the applicants are not eligible for asylum

Jesus you are dumb.

You acted that i you don't want to be jailed don't commit crimes. Millions of Jews, gays and gypsys were jailed and killed because they committed " crimes" idiot

Why cant you follow along with a simple discussion or even with points you yourself raise? Are you and drugs?

Why do you lie and then try to point to articles that state nothing about what you said as your proof. Are you trying to imitate Trump?

ONE Person's OPINION who wrote a book does NOT Make her a Subject Matter Expert

Concentration camp

Concentration camp, internment centre for political prisoners and members of national or minority groups who are confined for reasons of state security, exploitation, or punishment, usually by executive decree or military order. Persons are placed in such camps often on the basis of identification with a particular ethnic or political group rather than as individuals and without benefit either of indictment or fair trial. Concentration camps are to be distinguished from prisons interning persons lawfully convicted of civil crimes and from prisoner-of-war camps in which captured military personnel are held under the laws of war. They are also to be distinguished from refugee camps or detention and relocation centres for the temporary accommodation of large numbers of displaced persons.

Sanders Breaks With AOC Over ‘Concentration Camps’ As Debate Rages On

What is a concentration camp? Is describing detention camps for immigrants together with the phrase “Never again” acceptable? Do these references trivialize the mass slaughter that took place in the Nazi-era death camps?

The use of these words by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez in reference to the “brutalizing” of illegal immigrants in detention centers on the southern border of the United State exploded into a firestorm of partisan finger-pointing and discussion among Jewish organizations, historians, and Holocaust scholars on Tuesday.

Jewish 2020 presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders, Ocasio-Cortez’s fellow progressive, distanced himself from her reference to concentration camps in a CNN interview Tuesday evening. “I didn’t use that terminology,” noted Sanders, subsequently repeating twice in the interview that he had “not used that word.”

Holocaust historian Deborah Lipstadt told Haaretz that invoking the Holocaust was a “strategic mistake” for opponents of the Trump administration’s immigration policies.

“Instead of talking about the horrors of the policy, we are debating whether it’s akin to the Holocaust,” Lipstadt said in an email. Last year, Lipstadt wrote that while the White House policies were “indefensible and horrible in their own right,” she added that “they are not engaged in genocide” and “using historically invalid analogies gives those responsible for these outrages a chance to wriggle out from the avalanche of justified attacks on their policies.”
