Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) today launched the online Apex Learning program for all middle and high school students. All secondary students have an assigned mentor teacher who will monitor progress. Mentor teachers are contacting students to provide expectations and assistance. Included in the first lesson for April 3 is a video tutorial each student needs to watch to learn how to navigate Apex.
The video is located in the Apex program, but traffic to the website is causing the video to load slowly or not at all. Students can click the direct link below to access and view the tutorial video.
https://www.ccboe.com/distancelearning/Courses-Working_as_a_Student.mp4.
Students will also receive a direct link to the tutorial through StudentVue mail this afternoon. Secondary students use their six-digit student identification number, followed by the underscore symbol and ccps to login to Apex. For example, 123456_ccps. The password for all students is ccps. Students should contact their mentor teacher if they are not able to login the system.
Additional information about CCPS distance learning is posted on the school system website at https://www.ccboe.com/index.php/distance-learning.
