Having Fun!
Does anyone have any sure-fire recipes for appetizers that would appeal to all? The guys are not fond of spinach...

Traditional stuff. Pigs in a blanket, mini-pizzas, potato skins w/cheese and bacon, and all available in the frozen food isle to save you work.

Hard salami with cream cheese and pepperoncini peppers. :yum: You roll the salami up with the other stuff inside it.

Cut jalapenos in half, scoop the seeds out (or leave some in, if you like it that way), smear some cream cheese inside, wrap in 1/3 slice bacon, throw in oven.

PHILLY Baked Crab Rangoon - Allrecipes

I just made this for a party and it went fast. I added cayene pepper and seasonall and left out the spring onions. I used small squares of puffed pastery instead and cooked for 10-12 minutes in a mini cupcake pan. They all went quick!! You can use the canned crab meat near the tuna section in the store. Of course you can use lump crab from the Chesepeake too!

A horseradish/jelly mix over cream cheese, served with crackers. :yum:

You mean pepper jelly served over a block of cream cheese? I tried this for the first time this summer at a garden club meeting and was really tasty. Can't get any easier than that. The pepper jelly was homemade and 1st rate!
