I really would not have believed how good this would be, but a friend that I trust with my life just told me about it. I just made on and OMG it is fantastic!!!

1 apple quartered, remove core, leave skin on. Put it in a blender. Cover with enough water to cover apple. Add 1 pack cinnamon-apple oatmeal and 1 tsp Splenda, and a dash of cinnamon. Add 3 ice cubes. Blend till smooth.

Let me know what you think!
I know for sure I'm having this everyday. Yes, it's that good.

Sounds yummy. I have all the ingredients but only have apple slices, not whole apples. I wonder how many slices equal a whole apple.

That does sound yummy!! It would depend on the thickness of the slices, but if I had to guess, I would say about 8-10 slices.

Hmmmm... I'd replace the water with unsweetened almond milk.and the oatmeal packet should be sugar free... not sure why the splenda would be needed as flavored oatmeal is always sweetened one way or the other. You could also add a scoop of high-protein powder to make it a fully balanced meal replacement.

:yay: That's what I was thinking too. I was trying to imagine putting the slices together to try to make a whole apple shape.

Splenda helps with my sweet tooth. I will add the whey protein powder tomorrow. (for breakfast)
