Apprentice Program for the horse industry

i was looking in the Horse & livestock trader magazine, and under the "Locator" i found the catagory "apprentice Programs"
I went on the one website and read the whole run of the program, and it sounds really awsome!

Apprentice Program

so this is what i want to major in when i go into college, Equine management/training. I was actually thinking about doing something like this next year, my senior year, like take half a day, and go do an apprentice at a local farm. Problem is i'm not sure if there is any close by... anyone know of a farm around here that would do something like that?

I would look into At Last Farm, they are close to you, and have a fairly large breeding/foaling operation, at least for this area.
