The only way would be for the United States to show them we can be as savage as they are and even more so, but that will never happen. A beheading for a beheading. They shoot one of our prisoners, we shoot a dozen of theirs, but it won't happen especially when we punish our own.

Well, I don't think the Mossad would agree with that assessment. Israel gave up and reverted to medieval seige tactics.
I'm telling you, just a few kilotons: one on Jerusalem, one on Riyadh. No need to mess up the oil fields...
