The commentators keep saying "That's the rule in Sprint Cup." But ... this ISN'T Sprint Cup.

They keep wondering if a restart is legal.

The announcers were insisting a minute ago that the 99 car could win the race because he could make it on fuel. The 99 car is 7 laps down.

I want to know what Rick Allen and Phil Parsons are smoking in the SPEED booth.
