Are libraries in St. Mary's fully open?

Are public libraries fully re-opened now for the public to actually go in? (including the brand-new Leonardtown library)?

Or are they open ONLY for curb-side pickup of materials that patrons have pre-ordered? The website is not clear on this.

I went to the new Leonardtown library a couple weeks ago. Gorgeous. I think their hours have changed, but they are open.
