Good one!I thought it was going to be a variation of this;
Two hillbillies are at the restaurant bar when a woman at a nearby table starts choking violently on her food. Clutching her throat, and giving the choking sign, Cleophus says to LeRon, "I gots to do something!" So Cleophus gets up and walks to the table, pulls the woman to her feet, pulls her pants down to her knees, and then bends over and runs his giant tongue up the length of her butt crack. The woman spits the lodged food across the room followed by a blood curdling scream. Quiet proud of himself, Cleophus walks back to bar where LeRon is applauding. "Holy Moly!" LeRon exclaims, "I heared about that Hind Lick maneuver but I ain't never seen it done!"
