At the Arby's on GMR. Caller reports black male wearing all black with a black hoody around his face robbed the employees. Took their cell phones, ID's money and put them in the cooler. Had a black handgun. Advised if they came out he would kill them.

2056; Someone running toward Nicolet, black male wearing an all black jacket.

2057; Setting up a perimiter, between Midway and Wasp Dr and the Movie Theater
2058; Lost sight of the subject. K-9 going to the last seen to track
