U.S. District Judge Deborah K. Chasanow today sentenced Kevin J. Gorbsky, age 32, of Bowie, Maryland, to 239 months in federal prison, followed by lifetime supervised release, after Gorbsy pleaded guilty to five counts of enticement of a minor to engage in unlawful sexual activity. Judge Chasanow also ordered that, upon his release from prison, Gorbsky must register as a sex offender in the places where he resides, where he is an employee, and where he is a student, under the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA).
