Well being that this is the sports section and that we live close to D.C. and considering that the Wizards have a player "Gilbert Arenas" who has brought just about as much excitment to D.C. pro basketball since I can remember? He may be talking about that, and the fact that to be a true contender they are going to have to add a decent player at the Center or power Foward posistion.

But I am not sure? 'Cause it is a bit of a random post.
