He understands the plight of the homeless, underserved, marginalized people that just need a chance!!!!! What better way to re-invest in the poorest of the poor, the down-troddenness, you know, TRONE's minions, than to toss them into an empty cargo container off the idle ships in Baltimore's shipping terminal!!!

3-400 will be placed on parking lots at Annapolis Mall, 2-250 at the Shops on Western Avenue, Bethesda and 150 near the Cumberland Gap...
