Then Dick Durbin connects some dots to make it appear the Wing is commanded by General Ripper.

I would love to see Durbin's office (or any Congressperson't office) undergo any inspection approaching a Nuclear Surety Inspection some time.

Dr Strangelove - great movie of all time. Durbin would pee his pants if he actually understood what was inside one of those warheads, and the training needed to avoid firing one of them.

Congress needs to look at the rot within themselves first.
