Where are some other reputable/good places to find sweet deals on refurbished laptops?

I'm looking for

1. 1.7 GHz or better,
2. At least 512 MB of RAM upgradeable to 1 GB.
3. Hard drive space of 30 GB or better.
4. Decent graphics card.
5. DVD/CD-RW drive or DVD+-RW
6. Internal Wireless/56K/RJ-45
7. Windows XP Prof or Windows 2000
8. Decent warranty.

Basically, I need something that is good for running CAD software (won't run on Windows XP Home, speed/memory mentioned above is recommended specs), and since my employer isn't providing anything, then I have to do it myself. This wasn't an expense I was expecting, so I'm trying to keep it around $600 with shipping included.

At least I get to write it off.

tigerdirect.com and ecost.com are two that I like.

The laptop I got for my mom from eCost almost meets your criteria, but it has 256MB RAM and XP Home.

I used to love tigerdirect.com but we had a huge problem with them over the summer. We placed an order, paid for overnight shipping...and the package was "lost." UPS blamed Tigerdirect and TG blamed UPS. We were finally, after months, sent our stuff but never repaid for the $20 some shipping fee. TigerDirect was extremely unhelpful in the whole matter so be careful.
