Asparagus quiche

Asparagus is very inexpensive and I am making round #2 of quiches. They freeze well and can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
I buy premade deep dish pie crusts (when I can find them, that is) and prebake them for about 15 minutes to not have a gummy crust.
The first ones had ham, mushrooms, bacon, swiss cheese and asparagus (and of course: eggs). At the grocery store today, I totally forgot ham so I will make do with what is in the fridge. Maybe some fresh spinach and broccoli?

My wife makes these as mini quiches in muffin pans. Bacon, ham or sausage is what she uses for meat for mine and she skips meat in hers. Asparagus has got to be my fave veggie, right along with Brussels sprouts.
