Joanne Goldwater, associate dean for retention and student success, will co-present at the NASPA National Virtual Conference in March 2021.
With the session entitled “Embracing Disruption,” Goldwater will examine the impact of disruptions on one’s work/home lives, relationships, well-being, and provide tips on seeing the positive side of disruption, including growth mindset, the value of self-care, and how to use professional and personal networks. Disruption tends to have negative connotations, but there are growth opportunities that come from upheaval.
