The absolute worst. Have had cable for over 30 years. Fine up to a couple of months ago. Then one or two of the four tv's started goin off line. Got new boxes for each.. Three worked for a few days then only two. Have no less than four hours on "hold". Each call starts off with "your estimated wait time is 116 to 118 minutes. Now on Sat. they say one of the boxes doesn't show up as registered to me even though I picked them up at their office in California. Since they can't register them on Sunday they will have it up and running Monday morning. Been on hold for 50 minutes now. Maddening. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.. Anybody else?

I noticed one of their employees at Lowe's today, already have work coats with the Breezelink name and logo.
