I know it happened in DE, but it's a good reminder to all parents to talk with their kids about this.

little 12-year-old managed to squirm out of her backpack when the man, who called her a name while trying to cover up her mouth, grabbed her from behind. The would-be attacker took off on foot after a brief struggle.

Even though my nephew walks across my back yard to get to his bus stop two driveways from my house I still dont like it. He is in the dark and you never know who is lurking around.
