I've been getting this msg for the past several weeks from the MetroCast migration site:

We apologize for any inconvenience, we have temporarily paused the use of the E-mail Migration Tool.
MetroCast customers will be notified via e-mail when the email migration site is available.
Any previous communicated dates, have been extended and will be communicated via e-mail.


Anyone else?

We got the same response. We heard from Metrocast that apparently they're having problems with the 3rd party hired to handle the migration. They'll send out new emails when it's time to try again.

I still have my gmp address...I called a metrocast tech the middle of Feb. when emails I sent out to metrocast friends kept on coming back as undeliverable. He said they were having problems and the Feb 28th deadline was being pushed back. I called back on Feb 28th just to make sure, and the tech said an email will be sent out when they know the new deadline. I haven't heard any of this through emails from metrocast, and I find that frustrating.

I got this today. I tried to update mine on the last day. Hubby did his much earlier and he was able to. I'm not doing anything else til I get the email that it's up again.
