I will continue sending out my $750 mortgage check each month to live in my ramshackle cape cod by the railroad tracks, public schools, fire department and convenience store.

I unplug some appliances during the day (night lights, toaster, coffee pot) and the fans switch to off, too. Lately I've been leaving the windows open and if I have the air on, it's at a constant 75 degrees. We're not at home during the day and in the evenings we always have things planned. I hate SMECO!!Holy crap! Our highest electric bill was $130. And that was with one of us being at home at all times for 3 weeks.
