I've used them, although not on base, and had a pleasant experience.

I tried Royal Auto, the ones that come to your home, and had a horrible experience. No one even bothered to show up. When I called they told me that he just couldn't get to me before he was scheduled to leave early for the weekend. No call, nothing.
