The man is awesome! But more has to be done in our justice system.

If you are convicted, with ample evidence of crimes of these natures, and some of the other heinous ones we've been hearing about here, the penalty must be overwhelming enough to deter other azzclowns from trying the same thing.

There does not appear to be anything out there to make these people stop and think twice about it.

THIS part I totally agree with.. Dad kills robber, charge the partners in crime with his death.. I can't believe the prosecutor is even contemplating charging the dad..

And if the robber had lived would agree with the lawsuit,, yanno he shows up in a wheel chair etc.. good thing the Dad killed him.. Doubt they could prove loss of income.. think he's safe as far as lawsuit goes, he should just be thankful he killed him and not just maimed or paralyzed him. Damn shame they weren't driving an old pinto, could have killed all four of them with one good "bump"
