A while back, I heard about a church that had this. Guess in that town unwanted babies was a common occurence. It's sad, but again, beats leaving them in a dumpster.

it's the same basic concept as the safe haven laws many stated have enacted in the past few years. better to have these babies left someplace safe and allow them the cnace to be adopted by loving families then abandoned and left to die.
