The recipe calls for pre-cooking the bacon some before rolling it into the cinnamon roll. I still wonder how greasy it might come out. Might be worth trying.

I think I just heard my arteries scream. While I love bacon, I don't eat it often. More of a treat now and then thing with me. Sweet rolls should stand on their own imo. I just can't get on board with this bacon in everything trend.

On topic question...I think the grease would have to come out and the roll soak it up.
